Remove Searches From Facebook | Update 2019

When you look for something on Facebook, the social media will remember what you searched for as part of your search history. However, you can also clear your search background at any moment you want. Our overview will show you just how this is done.

Keep in mind: These screenshots were recorded in the Facebook application on iOS.

Tip 1: On your News Feed, tap the Browse bar on top of the display.

Tip 2: Tap "Edit" near the top-right corner of the screen.

Tip 3: Tap "Clear Searches."

Tip 4: Faucet "Validate" to remove your search background.
