Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right edge of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap "Settings.".

Step 3: Tap "Account Setup.".

Step 4: Faucet "Video Clips and Images.".

Step 5: Touch the toggles beside "Upload HD" to have the Facebook application upload videos and photos in HD moving forward (the toggles will certainly turn green).
