How Do You Untag Yourself On Facebook | Update 2019

Untag On Facebook

If identifying pals in photos on your Facebook business page creates personal privacy problems or other problems, make the effort to get rid of these tags. Find the images as well as untag your good friend or modify the subtitles that present your buddy's Facebook name. After you remove the tags, the image stays viewable on the page without your buddy's link to his Facebook Timeline.

How Do You Untag Yourself On Facebook

Step 1. Open your Facebook account and click the "Equipment" food selection button. Click your business page noted in the Use Facebook As section to open it.

Step 2. Click the "Photos" link under the cover image to display a gallery of image thumbnails. If you do not see the photo you are looking for, click "Albums" to view additional pictures.

Step 3. Click inside the preferred image you want to edit to open it in the photo customer home window.

Step 4. Computer mouse over the name link in the panel beside the photo to display "Eliminate tag" and then click this web link to erase the tag. As an alternative, click "Edit" listed below the inscription to display the list of names or tags. Click the "X" next to the pal's name you wish to untag. Click "Done Editing and enhancing" to exit edit setting.

Step 5. Press "Esc" to close the image window as well as return to the gallery of images. Click "Home" or your web page web link name to go back to the business page.

Tip

You can only remove tags you added.
